We partnered with the Laguna Niguel homeowners to redesign their kitchen around a material as rare as it is beautiful — sourcing and installing an oversized Taj Mahal quartzite slab that became the soul of the entire space.

Taj Mahal Natural Quartzite is one of the most sought-after stones in high-end kitchen design — and one of the most challenging to work with. Its size, weight, and natural variation demand precise planning, careful transport, and expert installation. Mars Brothers took on this challenge head-on, managing the full logistics of the oversized slab and installing it seamlessly across the kitchen’s expansive countertop layout. Flat panel oak cabinetry was chosen to complement the stone’s warm ivory and gold tones, creating a natural, organic aesthetic that feels both luxurious and grounded. The pairing of raw natural stone with clean-lined oak is a design statement that will never go out of style — and it was delivered in just 3 weeks.
