This Monterey Park project began with a bold decision — take down walls and open the floor plan entirely. Mars Brothers handled every aspect of the structural work, reconfiguring the layout to create a bright, open-concept kitchen centered around a custom island with Calacatta Gold quartz countertops. Slim oak shaker cabinets paired with white contrast uppers brought warmth and sophistication to the space, while integrated LED lighting added a modern, polished edge. New SPC flooring was installed throughout the home, and every room received fresh paint and updated lighting. At 8 weeks and $100K+, this is a project where every dollar is visible in the finished result.
